Belt Noodle Gum

Belt noodle gum is an uncured black rubber for the belt hot vulcanized splicing, it used as a noodle rubber for steel cord belt splicing or finger splicing of fabric belt. the material can be used to bond to cured inter-core in all standard grade steel cord belts, as well as bond improvement material for fabric belt.

Description

Belt noodle gum is an unvulcanized rubber material specifically designed for the hot vulcanizing of steel cord and fabric conveyor belt splicing. It can serve as a substitute for the core rubber in steel cord conveyor belt splices or as an enhanced bonding layer for fabric belt splices, effectively improving the flexibility, strength, and durability of the conveyor belt splice area
