3. Can I get samples to test? How does it charge?

Yes, samples are available for free, but we don’t bear the express cost.

4. Do you have export experience?

Yes, we have established lasting cooperation relationships with some customers in different countries. We know very well the market demand & product standard of many countries

5. What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days to return the product with a quality problem from the date you received it

6. What’s the lead time after we place the official PO?

Regular-sized and material products have stock to ensure fast delivery. Urgent orders enjoy priority scheduling with a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround

7. Can you use our company label?

Yes, we can make customized characteristics and labels.

8. How about your export package?

For the pulley lagging & Impact Bar&Skirt, they are packed with a solid plywood case.

For the Repair&Splicing material, they packed it in cartons and then put them into plywood cases.

All the conveyor accessories are packed safely for transportation.

9. Which kind of certificate do you have?

SAFETY CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL FOR MINING PRODUCTS; All products meet or exceed quality standards, and quality control procedures conform to the strict requirements of the industry standards.

10. Will you provide the Installation and Conveyor Maintenance Service?

Yes, we provide conveyor belt repair & Vulcanizing, pulley lagging installation service directly in the domestic market. And we can also go abroad for On-Site installation & maintenance service.

11. Can you support the Third-party inspection?

Yes, we accept the third-party inspection as your requirement.
