Belt Noodle Gum is a pre-formed uncured rubber strip used in hot vulcanized conveyor belt splicing, especially for steel cord belt splices. It is applied between steel cords and in splice transition or filling areas to provide consistent rubber coverage, support bonding and reduce voids within the splice. It can also be used in selected fabric belt splicing applications according to the required splice design

Description
Belt Noodle Gum is an uncured rubber compound designed for hot vulcanized conveyor belt splicing. In traditional steel cord belt splice construction, noodle gum is positioned between steel cords and in specified transition or butt-gap areas according to the splice layout.
During vulcanization, the uncured rubber flows and cures together with the surrounding tie gum, cover rubber and existing belt rubber to form an integrated splice structure.
The material is particularly suitable for steel cord conveyor belts used in mining, cement, ports, power plants and other heavy-duty bulk material handling systems where splice reliability is critical.
